Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $33/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
- Type: Contract to Hire
- 100% Remote
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values.
- Participate in special projects: prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Respond to technical support calls for all office and field employees including full-time and part-time staff.
- Follow up with end-users for special, customer-service situations.
- Ability to document and escalate complex problems to the Operations (OPS), Application Development (AD) departments (3rd level support issues) and third party vendors.
- Analyze and communicate potential problems, errors and issues to management.
- Manage the Information Technologies call tracking database by documenting a detailed description of all communications with users, all follow-up, and documented resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience-nice to have.
- Jira Chat, nice to have.
- Application Support nice to have.
- Remote-commutable preferred
