Job Details

  • Compensation: Up to $33/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
  • Type: Contract to Hire
  • 100% Remote
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values.
  • Participate in special projects: prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Respond to technical support calls for all office and field employees including full-time and part-time staff.
  • Follow up with end-users for special, customer-service situations.
  • Ability to document and escalate complex problems to the Operations (OPS), Application Development (AD) departments (3rd level support issues) and third party vendors.
  • Analyze and communicate potential problems, errors and issues to management.
  • Manage the Information Technologies call tracking database by documenting a detailed description of all communications with users, all follow-up, and documented resolutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Electronic Medical Record Experience-nice to have.
  • Jira Chat, nice to have.
  • Application Support nice to have.
  • Remote-commutable preferred
