James Mellon joined firstPRO in 2024, after spending 18 years as a VP for one of New England’s largest recruiting firms.

James connects talented accounting & finance professionals with outstanding opportunities in the greater Boston area.

With almost 20 years of specialized recruiting expertise, he has worked with hundreds of clients on their strategic hiring needs.

A native of Massachusetts, James earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston.

When not at work, he enjoys spending time with friends, family and his dog, Duke along with traveling and eating at great restaurants.
