Bill Carroll joined firstPRO in January of 2019 as a Senior Technical Recruiter for both Contract and Direct Hire Placement. Prior to firstPRO, Bill was working in the Tech Recruiting Industry for around 2 years.

Bill holds a Bachelor’s of Management with a minor in Professional Communications from Plymouth State University.
