Cailin O’Kane

Working with firstPRO since October of 2021, I have begun my career in recruiting. I want to help further careers and better the lives of IT professionals. Working on IT direct hire placement, I aspire to connect great candidates with great employers. Making career long connections with candidates to ensure I help further their career wherever it may take them. I have my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Holy Family University. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science has given me the motivation to help other IT professionals with obtaining their dream job and gaining the experience to live up to their full potential.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, concerts, comedy shows, and hiking. When I have a full weekend free, you will catch me on my couch diving into a good book.
