Erin Bottomly is a recruiting executive with over 19 years of experience in recruiting, team leadership, and strategic hiring across Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and administrative sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting at firstPRO, Inc., Erin leads recruitment initiatives by driving impactful hiring strategies and fostering long-term client and candidate relationships.

Prior to joining firstPRO, Erin spent 18 years at Planet Professional (formerly WinterWyman), where she rose to the role of VP, Manager of Recruiting. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s recruiting culture, mentoring dozens of professionals, and building high-performing teams. Her leadership was marked by a consultative approach, deep industry insight, and a commitment to excellence that earned her the trust of both clients and candidates.

Erin holds a B.S. in Marketing from Siena University and is widely endorsed for her expertise in interviews, placement, and team development. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and 3 kids, traveling, yoga, and cooking.
