Jessica Martinez

Jessica Martinez joined firstPRO in May of 2022 as a Senior Recruiter within the Professional Services division. Jessica was born in Randolph, New Jersey, attended Gettysburg College, and moved to Portland, Oregon after graduation in 2018. In Oregon she dove head-first into her career as a Recruiter at a Staffing firm and encountered Full Scope HR positions throughout her time there. Due to COVID, Jessica returned home to New Jersey and decided to fuel her passion of connecting with people and launch into Recruiting. She believes a job has a high contribution to a person’s life happiness and the importance of that should never be overlooked or minimized. Jessica looks forward to helping Professionals find careers they feel aligned with and will offer support in any area she can throughout the process. Some fun facts about Jessica: she is always planning her next trip as she loves travel, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, spending time with friends, and trying out new restaurants.
