Libby Waddell

Libby spent her first 5 years in the staffing industry focusing on IT recruitment, and she recently ventured into direct hire Professional Services recruitment with firstPRO. Prior to her recruitment journey, she worked as a bartender. Libby graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2018 with a double focus in advertising account management and media planning.

At home, she shares her life with a 10-year-old Pitbull-Beagle mix and a 5-year-old cat, both lovingly rescued from shelters. Her passion for travel takes her abroad and to national parks regularly, and she’s an avid fan of an active lifestyle, including running, hiking, yoga, and pilates. During weekends, you’ll often find her exploring the city or savoring her favorite sushi with friends.
