Lisa Fusco

With more than twelve years of Accounting & Finance Staffing experience, Lisa has built, developed and led countless teams across both Contract and Direct-Hire verticals. When she joined firstPRO in 2018, she was tasked with creating and scaling the first Accounting & Finance practice in Boston. Her industry expertise, visionary thinking and proven perseverance have been apparent in every aspect of her execution.

Prior to firstPRO, Lisa established and grew a local recruiting firm’s Contract Accounting & Finance practice from the ground up. She led her team to becoming the organization’s highest-performing group, resulting in two promotions during her seven-year tenure.

In her most recent role as Managing Director, Lisa managed and oversaw the Accounting & Finance (Direct-Hire and Contract), Business Services and Sales & Marketing divisions. She consistently drove and delivered increased business development, insightful go-to-market efforts and continued process improvement.

Lisa draws from her deeply-rooted Accounting & Finance network, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to expand the firstPRO Accounting & Finance brand and develop invaluable relationships and partnerships across Greater Boston. She is excited to build a team of professionals who not only share her core beliefs and values, but in her passion and commitment to the staffing industry and the candidates and clients she is so grateful to partner with.

A transplant from Poland, Ohio, Lisa has lived and worked in Boston since 2004. She graduated from the University of Toledo in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in Communications, and in her free time she enjoys being with her family, traveling the globe, working out and cooking.
