Serina Cochran joined firstPRO in 2004 in the Traditional Services Division as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Sr. Account Executive. In 2010, she joined firstPRO’s Accounting and Finance team as a Sr. Account Executive and was promoted to Sales Team Lead in 2015 and again to Division Director in 2017. Throughout her tenure at firstPRO, Serina has been a valued team player and an integral part of firstPRO’s success through continuous business development, account management, and mentorship. Serina values her client partnerships and is passionate about providing excellent candidates and service to her clients.
Serina began her recruiting career in 2002 and has worked with both global and boutique recruitment firms. She brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Recruiting, Sales, and Operations.

Chris joined firstPRO in 2012 as a Senior Account Executive for our Accounting and Finance Division. He has over 20 years of high volume B2B sales experience, 14 of those in the staffing industry. Chris proved to be not only a great Account Executive but also a great leader and mentor. In 2017, Chris was promoted to Sales Manager and asked to lead the Accounting and Finance sales team.
Bill joined firstPRO in January of 2016 as Senior Vice President of firstPRO’s Accounting and Finance Direct Hire Group in Philadelphia. He is responsible for overall management and development of a team of Direct Hire Accounting and Finance recruiters as well as running his own recruiting desk. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from La Salle University. He began his recruiting career a decade ago with a large Philadelphia area search firm progressing to the role of Managing Director. Bill was born and raised in Philadelphia and currently lives in Center City. He’s an active supporter and organizer for the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program.
Patty has been working at firstPRO since 2013 and has been in the accounting and finance staffing/placement industry for 25 years. She began her career in audit in Big 4 Accounting as a CPA at Arthur Anderson, but soon learned that she wanted work more with people. In 1990, Patty began working as a full desk recruiter for an international staffing firm, with a focus on temporary placement. Since then, she has done permanent placement, high level contract placement, contract recruiting, and have come full circle back to a temporary recruiting role at firstPRO. In 2017, Patty was promoted to Recruiting Manager of the Accounting and Finance Division. She has recruited in Atlanta since 2009, as well as Detroit. She is a Michigan State graduate, a CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant), and feels her accounting background gives her an edge as a recruiter in the A&F field!

Curtis Kiser joined FirstPRO in 1998 as a Staff Recruiter in the Accounting and Finance division. He was promoted to Senior Recruiter in 2000 and then a Team Lead in 2002 where managing a group of 4 recruiters. In 2005, he became the Senior Vice President of the Accounting and Finance division and oversees all of FirstPRO’s Accounting and Finance services in the Atlanta market. During Curtis’ tenure as Senior Vice President, he has more than doubled the divisions revenues and built one of the most successful and respected Accounting and Finance teams in the city. His passion and understanding of the industry uniquely enables him to assist his clients in building high-performance leadership teams.
He earned his degree in 1995 from Georgia Southern University. Between College and FirstPRO, Mr. Kiser was a Commodities Broker with one of the largest Introductory Brokerage houses in the state of Georgia.
Bobby joined firstPRO in 2005, where he spent 5 years building and eventually managing a branch location in Atlanta, GA. He now is the Managing Partner of FirstPRO Philadelphia and oversees both Philadelphia’s Information Technology and Accounting & Finance divisions. Bobby has worked in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry for more than 10 years. In 2010, Bobby co-founded PeopleNET Search, a successful startup executive search firm. In 2013, Bobby rejoined FirstPRO and was tasked with accelerating the Philadelphia business, where he has played an instrumental role in the rapid organic growth and market share expansion of FirstPRO Philadelphia. Sarah joined FirstPRO Inc. in 2011 as a Senior Recruiter specializing in Contract Accounting and Finance recruitment. She received 3 promotions prior to landing her current role as Executive Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Division in 2013. Sarah has been responsible for growing and managing the sales and recruitment process for the division. She has extensive experience in both direct-hire executive recruitment and temporary staffing within the Philadelphia market. Sarah has assisted in growing the team from 5 to 23 staff members as well as increasing division revenue over 50% since taking control of the division.
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Temple University. Prior to joining FirstPRO, Sarah worked internally as a Human Resource Generalist for a local engineering firm, Pennoni Associates as well as recruiting for a small traditional staffing firm, J&K Professional Services.
