firstPRO is seeking a qualified Salesforce/Business Process Architect for our client, a large organization based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone that will be able to implement the IT department’s Business Process objectives with a focus on Salesforce as the primary platform.

- Compensation: Up to $75/hour with weekly compensation and benefits offered
- Type: Contract to Hire
- Hybrid (1 – 2 days onsite/week)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customized CRM solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Give technical directions to more junior members of the platform team.
- Be involved in requirement gatherings, produce functional analysis, and facilitate user workshops, etc.
- Communicate with different project managers, business analysts, users, and software developers to ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from architecture to testing and maintenance.
- Create timelines and develop goals.
- Respond to support requests, report requests and enhancement requests from internal users and management.
- Establish a well-controlled Salesforce environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing design and implementation standards.
- Manage the API interfaces between the Salesforce platform and our custom middleware.
- Maximize Salesforce platform performance and data integrity by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and monitoring user behaviors.
- Research, analyze, and diagnose Salesforce other integrated platform problems and data integrity issues and make recommendations and implement solutions.
- Ensure that documentation changes are performed accurately and timely.
- Communicates changes to other team members, as deemed necessary.
Job Qualifications
- A BS in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 4 to 6+ years of direct Salesforce Developer/Architect experience
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
- Hands-on experience with different types of tools of Salesforce IDE (like Flow, VisualForce, APEX)
- Well-versed with the Lightning framework
- Understanding of entity relationships and state machine design.
