Our client, a large enterprise organization requires this position to be on-site and full time with an expertise in both Cisco Unified Communication and Cisco Call Center. Cisco Telecom Engineer – Desired Qualifications

• A.S. Degree or Higher in Information Technology, Networking, or other Related Subject Matter

• 5+ Years’ Experience in an enterprise level environment administrating VOIP systems and phone equipment

• Participate in Migrating phones from PBX to UCC VOIP CUCM Systems

• Administration of Nuance IVR as well as Calabrio AQM

• Administration and Troubleshooting of the following Voice Systems and Technology

• Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Connection

• Expertise in implementation of Cisco Unity, UCS, Cube, CUCM, UCCX and CUIC

• Wiring standards (punch downs)

• Certifications in Cisco VOIP or related technologies desired
