firstPRO is seeking a qualified Project Manager/Product Release for our client, an organization based out of Massachusetts. They are seeking someone with experience in delivering high quality products. NO C2C!

Job Details

  • Compensation: Up to $55/hour with benefits offered (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
  • Type: Contract (4 – 6 months)
  • Part-Time (20 hours/week)
  • 100% Remote
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for successful product releases.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product development, marketing, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the product release lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product releases.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure that products meet quality standards before release.
  • Timeline Management: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and tools, to support successful product releases.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the product release process, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from each release.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing product releases.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing Product Releases for projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
