As an Office 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s Office 365 environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and troubleshoot Office 365 services and solutions. You will contribute to the successful implementation and management of our Office 365 environment, enabling our organization to collaborate and communicate efficiently while leveraging the full potential of Microsoft’s cloud-based productivity suite.

Essential Accountabilities:
· Administer and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related applications.
· Manage user licensing, permissions, and access controls within the Office 365 environment.
· Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement Office 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations with existing systems.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Office 365-related issues, investigating, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
· Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the Office 365 environment.
· Provide operational support for Azure Cloud platforms ensuring data security, availability, and performance.
· Support and manage advanced Microsoft 365 services including Mobile Device Management.
· Ability to manage, configure SharePoint online services per business requirements.
· Develop, test, and implement policies and procedures to mature M365 ecosystem.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Office 365 features, updates, and industry trends, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
· Conduct user training and education to promote effective and efficient use of Office 365 tools and features.
· Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring knowledge transfer, and maintaining accurate system documentation.

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems; or related field; supplemented with 5 to 7 years of related experience, preferably in higher education
· Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security
