Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in monitoring and overseeing Networking and Telecommunications equipment.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with departmental staff to analyze operational procedures and recommend solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions compatible with the organization's technology architecture.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Contact Center, and other related systems.
• Mentor team members and provide input on the design of new applications.
• Lead the development and monitoring of technical project plans.
• Balance project work with supporting existing network infrastructure.
• Identify network requirements through customer interviews and analysis.
• Communicate needs for network reconfiguration and expansion to supervisors.
• Install, maintain, and repair network equipment, performing troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide users with network-related technical support and respond to inquiries.
• Research and recommend hardware, software, and communication solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to find solutions that meet user needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and attend educational workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of related network and infrastructure experience required.
• Cisco Unified Communications Systems experience
