Tommy Ross

Tommy joined the firstPRO Professional Services division in the summer of 2023. Prior to firstPRO, Tommy has been a top performer in the staffing industry for most of his career spanning professional services, IT, healthcare, and the legal sectors. Additionally, he earned ‘Representative of the Year’ across the entire country while in the pharmaceutical industry. Tommy’s mindset, and the secret to his success, has been to address the human factor first in everything that he does with integrity, creativity, levity, and solutions…and the business will follow.

Having a diverse background in both his professional and personal life, Tommy played music professionally, has a black belt in kenpo karate, and is currently a competitive obstacle course racer (OCR). His hobbies include playing and watching all sports, exercise, doing anything outdoors, social activities, animals, and playing video games. Tommy’s mantra is to treat others the way you would like to be treated, and to work hard and exude discipline, grit, kindness, and inspire others to bring out the best in themselves.
