Service Desk Analyst
firstPRO is recruiting for several hybrid (onsite/remote) Service Desk Analysts roles. This role will be 100% onsite (Malvern, PA) during the contract period and will convert to 100% remote, once hired on with client. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of Help Desk experience. This position has a compensation range based on experience level, ranging between $20/hr. and $24/hr. during the contract period and converts to the high 40K’s once hired on. Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician is ideal
Strong emphasis on personality – Someone who is a happy person, pleasant to be around and has strong customer service skills
Degree is nice-to-have, but not required
ServiceNow is nice to have
Epic knowledge is a plus
MS Office 365 is a plus
Any MAC is nice
Need experience remoting in

This individual will be resolving issues, such as:
Password issues
Printer issues
Application issues
Interface issues
Laptop needed
Remote user can't get in – Locked out
CALL VOLUME:?60+ calls per day
