PC Deployment Technician
firstPRO is seeking a PC Deployment Technician for a part-time opportunity for our client located in Wall Township, NJ. This is a short-term contracting position, offering about 25 hours a week with a compensation of up to $25/hrs., based on experience.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in PC hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Availability 3 days per week M-F between 9am-5pm.
- Hands-on experience with laptop deployments and Windows 11 migrations and upgrades.
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills required.
- Customer focus and positive, can-do approach.
- Able to write and maintain clear documentation about system architecture, release, and implementation plans, and support internal documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem investigation, and diagnostic skills.
- Exceptional work ethic and customer service acumen.
