Position Overview

firstPRO has an immediate opening for a Technology Recruiter to join our team based in Center City Philadelphia. This is a newly created opportunity due to market expansion and will join a high performance team of professionals located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia at 18th and JFK. The Technology Recruiter position will offer an aggressive base salary, uncapped variable commission structure with unlimited career mobility. This is an opportunity to learn and contribute to our competitive strategy and industry leading service platform proven to be extremely profitable, significantly robust through economic cycles, and results in the delivery of “best in class” service to clients. Position Description

  • Learn and utilize business intelligence tools and software to develop a pipeline of candidates, both active and passive, in the Philadelphia area.
  • Develop as a subject matter industry expert consultant on market demographics, hiring trends, corporate technology organizational structure, and best practices for recruiting, staffing, and human resources industry.
  • Ability to identify, establish and develop strategic relationships with business and technology decision makers in the Philadelphia area.
  • Effectively able to learn firstPRO clients, position descriptions, technologies and perform in depth needs analysis to qualify candidates and manage relationships strategically for maximum short and long term value.
  • Identify and develop relationships with both active and passive candidates using our market APS/CRM and social media tools such as Bull Horn, LinkedIn Recruiter, specialty job boards, & professional networking practices.
  • Represent candidates through professional level communications both oral and written while maintaining high levels of sense of urgency and business ethics.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment while excelling in a team orientated business model.

 

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior experience in technical recruiting or professional recruiting combined with advanced knowledge of corporate technology functions.
  • World-class communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Four year degree from competitive university
  • A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • Strong desire to achieve goals and compete in a highly collaborate environment.
  • Outgoing personality and the ability to engage prospects easily over the phone, in email, and over social media.
  • Passion to win and be paid for it.

Compensation

  • Base salary range based on experience
  • An uncapped variable compensation of 20%-44% of personal GM production.
