IT Delivery Manager
Our client is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to join their organization in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid opportunity, going onsite 4 days per week. In this role, you'll take charge of steering and strategizing objectives in alignment with business feedback – this includes devising, executing, and overseeing organizational initiatives, streamlining workflows, and providing technological solutions to align seamlessly with the overarching IT goals of the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and implementation of technical solutions within Infrastructure & Operations
- Drive projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing IT service delivery
- Remain at the forefront of emerging technologies, strategically integrating them into organizational frameworks as needed.
- Forge collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across core departments.
- Own vendor relationships, negotiating and managing service management agreements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of technical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, etc.), Oracle, Microsoft, asset management, software management and help desk services
- Background leading teams
- Financial management skills in the areas of budget, cost control and cost reduction measures
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
