Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

When: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Where: Malvern, PA. Onsite.

Pay: $17 – $23/hr depending on experience + full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Providing customers service to new and existing customers across various vertices and product lines.
• Answer customer inquiries and process orders.
• Communicate order status.
• Enter new purchase orders and contracts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service experience in a manufacturing setting
• MRP/ ERP software systems is a plus!
• Microsoft office
