Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, design, test, and implement effective solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities and align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and systems, creating detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Utilize Salesforce features to configure and customize solutions, working closely with developers when necessary.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on new or updated Salesforce features, driving further adoption of the platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs.
  • Implement and oversee data migration and integration strategies as needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of the business, analyzing data trends to provide insights for process improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other analysts, collaborating with external vendors or consultants when required.


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with best practices in data management and security within Salesforce.
