firstPRO is seeking an Asset Manager to manage daily administrative tasks supporting Lessee and Inventory Remarketers and assist with Asset Management Group projects as needed. This role involves handling program life cycle management, remittance processing, departmental correspondence, overflow phone support, and other assigned administrative duties. This is a 5-month consulting opportunity, with the potential to be extended. Candidates must be willing and able to be onsite in Wayne, PA up to ten times per month. Compensation is up to $27/hr., based on experience.


  • Support specific lease programs by providing quoting and adherence to program agreements.
  • Manage remittance processing to ensure accurate accounting and posting of payments.
  • Handle departmental correspondence including mail processing and basic contract information.
  • Assist with overflow phone calls and provide basic lease-related support.
  • Complete administrative tasks assigned, such as generating invoices, managing inventory reports, and providing remarketing support.


  • 1-3 years' experience in equipment leasing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills for phone interactions.
