Title: Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: Cinnaminson, NJ

Hours: Monday – Friday 11PM-7AM

Pay: $65k-$70k

Benefits: Full time, permanent role, with benefits and PTO

Our client, a manufacturing company located near Cinnaminson NJ, is seeking a Production Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity, and you are hired as an employee directly for the company.

***Must have experience supervising a team within a manufacturing plant to be considered

Responsibilities

– Responsible for production and assembly teams. Will have direct reports.

– Oversee parts inventory and production scheduling.

– Hire, train, and schedule production staff

– Monitor processes and process improvement when needed

– Maintain documentation and compliance aligning with policies and procedures

– Oversee the quality of the work orders and the quality team.

– Works alongside maintenance for preventative and reactive equipment issues.

Experience

– Minimum of 3-years’ experience working in a leadership role within a manufacturing company

– Excellent documentation skills

– Attention to detail, organized, excellent time management

– Computer skills including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel

Physical Requirements

– Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time within a production environment

– Ability to lift to 35 pounds
