A well known development corporation in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with real estate/ property management experience, good work ethic and communication skills, and an ability to communicate with all position levels effectively. Their primary tasks will be centered around bookkeeping, primarily with Quickbooks, Excel, Entrata and Appfolio, including A/P, A/R, and deposits. However, there will be some work related to a variety of properties the company manages and some having to do with some light administrative assistant responsibilities including mail, phone, ordering supplies, greeting visitors, etc. This is an excellent long term opportunity with room for growth alongside the organization!
